Candle Hire Policy

I/We understand that the candles must not be placed in a dangerous location where lighting the candles will cause a fire.

I/We understand that a dangerous location includes, but is not limited to, near curtains, uneven surfaces, on the edge of surfaces, in reach of children, uneven furniture, within close proximity to flammable liquids or items, within close proximity to utilities e.g. stove, gas, water, electricity etc.

I/We understand that the candles must be placed in an open ventilated space only. The candles must not be placed in a small confined area at all times. The candles must not be placed outdoors where there is wet weather at all times.

I/We understand that the candle sand wax must not be touched at all times, unless lighting the wick.

​

I/We that lighting the candles must only occur a maximum of 15 minutes before event begins.

​

I/We understand that I must leave the old wick and all candle wax in the cylinder vase for LZ Dezigns to dispose of accordingly.

​

I/We have read, understand and agree to LZ Dezigns terms and conditions and candle hire instructions.

​

I/We have inspected the hire items and confirm the items are clean, undamaged and suitable for hire.

I/We understand that if a fire occurs on premises due to any cause whatsoever, we waive all liability to LZ Dezigns.

​

I/We understand and agree that we hold harmless LZ Dezigns and waive all liabilities.

​

I/We agree that we have received Candle Care Instructions and will follow those instructions in connection with LZ Dezigns Terms and Conditions, Candle Hire Instructions, otherwise understand and agree that bond monies will be deducted if not followed.
