Refund & Cancellation Policy

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at lzdezigns@outlook.com

Deposit

I understand that:

  • LZ Dezigns will send an invoice for 50% of the total cost of products and/or services to secure the booking date. 

  • LZ Dezigns will send the final balance invoice with bond monies 48 hours prior to the event date which is due and payable 24 hours before the event date. 

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable. 

Cancellation Terms

I understand and agree that LZ Dezigns reserve the right to retain:

•          The 50% deposit at all times without providing any products and/or services. The deposit is non-refundable. 

•           75% of any booking fee for all cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date.

•           100% of any booking fee for all custom product purchases. This includes but is not limited to: floral arrangements, personalised items (i.e. names), food products (i.e. gelato, coffee).

Refund Terms

LZ Dezigns will refund:

  • 100% of bond post event if there has been no damage to props hired. 

  • any package, if the client is not satisfied with an alternate option provided by LZ Dezigns should an LZ Dezign package lack whole or partial availability.
